Word Ruler in 2003 is showing numbers from 2 to 130

Have just upgraded from Office 2000 to profesional 2003. The Word ruler dos not show me Inches, cms or anything I ask for from Tools, Options. Instead it shows numbers starting at 2 and going up in twos. Is this a bug? A friend says he has the same thing.
