Word publishing book -- new chapters posted, new title

I've posted the next two chapters of my book on publishing with
Microsoft Word. The chapters are "Using Styles and Templates" and
"Laying Out Your Pages." I welcome your comments, and here again is the

Perfect Pages: Book Design in Microsoft Word
