Word processing

I am new to Windows XP . On my old Windows 95 I had Ability Office to do my writing, up to 300 pages.
On my programmes I have Re-WriteCD but cannot see if this alows me to use it as I did with Ability Offoce
Unfortunately I am also a 'Dinosaur' with the computer. Can anybody help to get started please

The Re-WriteCD is probably a program for copying files to a blank CD-ROM
disc. What you want is a word processor. Ability Office, like Microsoft
Office, Star Office and a host of others, are productivity suites that
contain, among other items, a word processor. See
