Word Prints Blank Envelopes

I have a user who uses Word XP.

Before today he was able to print envelopes just fine.

Now when he is types in delivery address - and hits print - it is blank.

If we add to document - it is blank.

We've ran detect and repair, without any good results.

Any suggestions?
