Is there a freeware utility that allows you to specify which folder to LOOK
IN first when you want to add a picture to a Word document? Or is there a
way to change this by default in the programme itself?

PS I'd like to be able to specify a variety of folders which TOOLS> OPTIONS>
FILE LOCATIONS> CLIPART PICTURES doesn't let you do!
