Word opens with tables

Any time i open my microsoft word, it opens with tables and I can not do any
thing to remove the tables. Please help as I can not type on this tables.
 
It is not totally clear from your description what you see.

The problem could be that you have somehow turned on gridlines:

Word 2007: On the View tab, uncheck Gridlines in the Show/Hide group.

Word 2003: In the Drawing toolbar, select Draw > Grid. Is “Display gridlines
on screen†turned on? If yes, turn it off and click OK.

If it is actually a table you see, you need to remove it from your
Normal.dot. See:
