word object

I can not open word object that is in a word document.
It happends only in word 2000 with windows XP.
it opens microsoft outlook instead of word.
In word2000+windows2000 it works ok.

What is the object? You have the right software to deal with the
"object". Since it works in word 2000 and windows 2000, why not use
that to fix the problem? (Delete and re-insert, or find a way to get
around it).
