Word Mail Merge w/Access Data Base - reports empty data base recor

I have a Word MailMerge document that I use Access as the data base. I have
run this MailMerge several times successfully. However, when I open the Word
document, I get a error message that says that "Word cannot merge the file
because the data source records are either empty or no data records matched
your query options". If I open the data base in Access there is data in the
records. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.
