Word Label Document

We send out weekly mail to Regional and District Managers. Everything is
filed in Region/District order. I have a label document that I print every
week. The new district we added falls in the middle of the other districts.
Do I have to cut and paste every label and move them down and across?

Convert the label document to a data file, sort the file, then remerge to a
new label document:
