Use Microsoft Word to edit e-mail messages is CHECKED.

It happens randomly, when I try to reply to an email, I
get this error message:

This form requires Word as your e-mail editor, but Word is
either busy or cannot be found. The form will be opened in
the Outlook editor instead. OK.

When I go back to the "Mail Format Tab", by option to Use
Microsoft Word to edit-email messages is NO LONGER CHECKED.

Word is fine when I try to use it even after gettting this
error. This is annoying as I like Word to check my
grammar,etc.

Help,
Lita

I get the same error message ALL the time now. I got a new laptop (which
came with Office 2003), installed my Office 2000, prefering to use it
instead. Now I get the error message whether I use Outlook 2003 or Outlook
2000. I REALLY miss having Word as my editor. A work around is to create
the message in word then copy it over into your New Message. A real
nuisance, but short of getting a patch, I don't know how to get shuck of it.

Do you have two different versions on your machine too?
