Word Forms

Hi,
I'm creating a form and would like to add a feature that fills in the name
field (from a datasheet with name, phone # etc.) after a few characters are
typed and also populates other fields, dept #, ext, etc. in the form). Is
this possible ito do in Word? If so, is it possible to do if I do not know
how to program, uor use visual basic, etc. I appreciate any and all help I
receive!
