Hi

I cut and paste lines all the time.

In emacs, I do ctrl-a ctrl-k

In word, I can do "home" to get to the beginning of the line -- is there a
way I can cut the whole line from there, or insert a mark, do an 'end', and
select the line -- or select from the beginning of the line to the end and
do a ctrl/c.

I am looking for some way to avoid having to use the mouse to cut the whole
line -- I want to use the keypad.

Thanks,
Rob

Press Home to move the insertion point to the beginning of the line. Hold
Shift and press End to select the whole line. Ctrl+X cuts, and Ctrl+V
pastes.
