word editor in outlook (not express)

Not sure why but when I try to reply using outlook mail with WORD marked as my email editor it tells me it can't find WORD or it is busy???? I must have done something to make Outlook not recognize WORD...how do I fix this?

If you Outlook is Outlook 2000 or later, open Outlook and go to Help.
Select Detect and Repair. You will need your Office CD.

If Detect and Repair does not fix the problem, suggest you post in an
Outlook newsgroup. Also, include your Outlook version.
