WORD doc lines when printed are cut in half

text from WORD document does not print in full, lines are cut in half?
all other software, like EXCEL prints properly
 
Look in the Format > Paragraph dialog. If the line spacing is set to
"Exactly", change it to "At Least". This may need to be changed in a
style definition.
