A few month ago this problem started: When I start Word anything in clipboard
is deleted - I have to go back and copy the picture/text I want to paste into
Word and then paste it - I can´t copy, start Word and paste. It´s a new thing
- is it an updating of Windows or Office that causes this.

This is usually caused by an add-in. One of the most common offenders is the
Microsoft Works Suite Add-in for Word.

As I don´t have installed "Microsoft Works Suite Add-in for Word": what other
add-ins would cause this.

(It has happend on allmost all PC´s at the school where I work)

Since Word itself doesn't clear the clipboard, it's most likely that
_some_ add-in is doing it -- the Works add-in is only the best-known
of these.

The article at
http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/assistance/HA011514521033.aspx is a
guide to how to find all the add-ins in Word. When you have the
complete list of what's running on your machine, you're set to go on a
hunt. Disable or remove each add-in in turn, put something on the
clipboard, and start Word to see whether the clipboard is still being
cleared. The odds are that you'll find one add-in whose presence
clears the clipboard and whose absence leaves it alone. Remove that
one permanently if you can live without it.

I suppose it's possible that something that isn't a Word add-in could
have this effect, but I've never heard of it.
