How do I make a copy of a Word file called ~wrl4060.tmp?

MS Word lost an important document file when I mistakenly opened
the same document twice in rapid succesion. Since then I have
closed Word.

I see there is a file called ~wrl4060.tmp in the folder where the
original document was. It looks like it may be a copy of the
orginal.

I have tried to copy this file so that if launching Word removes
this file then I have a backup of it. The problem is that I can't
copy the file. My XP Pro says "access is denied".

How can I get around this in order to make a copy?

The file attribute is 'Hidden' but I can't change that property
because, again, I get "access is denied". I am using administrator
rights.

This question is better answered in a WORD newsgroup but have you tried
simply opening word again without clicking on a file?
It may try to load the file as a recovery from error automatically.

Why not just open the file in Word and Save As?
