Word cannot open the file

Everytime I close Word I get a message saying that:

Word cannot open the file
~WRS{8B96EA25-9CEA-45B9-AC37-2855c9BECE5C}.

Please help because every time I close word this message comes up and then
clicking okay re starts into a blank word page.
 
A day or two ago, I got a message that to make the problem go away, I
should make a non-HP printer the default printer (it even had a link
for opening the right window for doing that in).

There's no problem choosing either of my HP printers for printing
something; I merely made pdf995 my default printer, and I haven't had
that message or the stopped working - restart thing upon closing the
last open document.

Do you have an HP printer and are you using Vista?
