No. It has been discontinued in Office XP, but if you still have the install
discs for Office 2000, I understand that you can install it from there and
continue to use it. Install to a separate folder from the XP components.

Graham's answer is correct, as far as it goes. But you also
need to make sure the Binder *SUPPORT* for Office XP is
installed. This is not part of a "typical" installation; it
has to be selected explicitly during a "custom" type of
installation (or added later).
