word as email editor

When using word as email editor, outlook does not offer the "signature"
feature. I like to use this feature for standard, repetitve responses. If I
unclick word as editor, the option is available - but I want the word editor
features as well. Please advise.
 
The feature in Word for "standard, repetitive responses" is AutoText.
