I recently purchased a new computer that has Windows XP. On my old computer,
I was using Microsoft Office 2000, which I just installed on my new computer.
For some reason, I am no longer able to use Word as my email editor. I get
the message "Word is either busy or cannot be found."

The only difference between this new computer and the programs on my old one
is that I'm using XP and I have Norton installed on this one. I have taken
off the Office option on Norton and also ran LiveUpdate just in case. That
didn't work. I can't figure out why I'm no longer able to use word. Any help
would be greatly appreciated!
