Word Application

I have just cleaned out my system of a virus and company re-installed my Windows XP Home Addition. My problem is I wanted to create a word document and it prompted me to enter my Product Key Code. I have done this numerous times and it keeps telling my the Product Key Code is not correct. I have checked and double checked my information. Can anyone help me with this? I really need this information my my job and school work.

The key code for Word, or MS Office, is not the same as the key code for
Windows.
Explain more what you are doing and not doing.
