How do I send the word 2007 document in an e-mail as an attachment without
the whole word table showing. I want to send the text only
 
What do you mean by "word table"?

You could save the document as a .txt file or as a pdf if you don't
want it to be a Word file.
 
If you send it as an attachment, it gets it in whatever layout you have in
the document.
