Word 2007 theme looks like I'm writing on a yellow legal pad?

Is there a theme in Word 2007 that looks like you're writing on a yello legal
pad? It seems to me that there was one like this in Word 2003. I found
something similar in OneNote themes but I want one like it for Word.
 
It would not be too difficult to create a template with such a background.

If I needed to do it, I would scan piece of yellow lined paper and then
insert the image into the header of a template with it set to be displayed
behind the text.
