Word 2003 Toolbar Icons

When I place my curser on any toolbar icon the text description will not
appear. Is there a setting I can change to correct this?
 
On the Options tab of Tools | Customize, check the box for "Show ScreenTips
on toolbars."

In Tools > Customize > Options, check "Show ScreenTips on toolbars".
