Word 2003 and clip art

I am not able to insert JPG pictures in Clip Art
it just inserts MPjXXXXXXXx.jpg

appreciate any help
 
Are you saying you cannot insert .jpg images into your document? Are you
downloading the clips from the Office web site or from your Clip Organizer? If
it is the former, clear your Internet temporary cache. In Internet Explorer,
tools, Internet Options, delete, delete files.
