I have downloaded a .pdf document from the internet which has a lot of hyperlinks in it. I have copied and pasted it into Word 2002, but the hyperlinks are still active and take me to the web site. How do I remove/delete all the hyperlinks in one operation, rather than one by one? Does anyone know the answer, please. If I copy and paste the document as text only, the document presentation is not as good as I would like.

If you want to convert them to text CTRL+A then CTRL+Shift+F9
If you want to remove them completely, switch to field view (ALT+F9) then
use replace to replace
^d Hyperlink
with nothing
