Word 2002 Normal.Dot

Word 2002 Normal.Dot. I do not want to have a title appear on every new word document produced. I have pulled up Normal.Dot and successfully blanked out the Title, but every time I produce a new word document, the summary shows a drop down box with my name in it. How do I modify the normal.dot so there is not a drop down list with my name as the title?
