Lisa

I am trying to add a template for one of my workers who is
operating in Word 2002. I currently have Office 2000.
She also has Windows XP and I have Windows Me. I did a
search for "normal" on her computer and found it was
located in this thread:

C:/documents & settings/owner/application
data/microsoft/template

When I go into explore I try to find it in the left
column, and I can only get as far as owner...I can't find
application data. I just want to load the template. In
my computer (Windows Me)I can follow the thread and find
templates (it is in with my normal.dot.) I can't seem to
find it on hers. I think it has something to do with XP
and me not being familiar with it.

Any help would be appreciated.

Those folders are hidden. You need to open Windows Explorer, click "Tools",
"Folder Options", then set your properties to be able to view hidden files
and folders (should just be a matter of changing one radio button setting).
Then you will be able to find them. You might also need to click "View",
"Refresh" if you are already at that location.
