Help please?
When creating templates in Word, the templates use various word fields.
Particularly ask if...then...else and fill-in. Noticed when letter is
generated from template Word "prompt boxes" often repeat resultant questions,
but only pcs using Word 2000 and not Word 2003. Can anyone give us a work
around please?>

Hi =?Utf-8?B?TWljaGFlbCBKb2hucw==?=,

Are any of these "prompt boxes" (which kind, Fillin or Ask?) located in the
header/footer area of the document?

Hi Michael,
No, they're in the main body of the document.

That's strange... The only thing I can imagine would be an AutoNew macro that's
forcing the field updates, running alongside Word's internal, automatic Fillin field
update. But then I'd expect the same to happen on Word 2003. Unless the macro
security is set to high on the 2003 installations?
