Word 2000 & Statistics

How could one remove the statistics from Word 2000 documents such as date
created, modified, accessed, printed, etc. so they do not show up in the
File->Properties->Statistics?

Sorry, that stuff is permanently stored and can't be removed.

Note, however, that a Save As will start you from scratch (more or less).

Note, however, that a Save As will start you from scratch (more or
less).

You can also change some it by performing an alt-shift-F11 and directly
editing it.
