C Cindy M -WordMVP- Jan 15, 2005 #2 Hi =?Utf-8?B?RnJ1c3RyYXRlZA==?=, I have a Word 2000 file that is stuck as a read-only file. How can I delete it? Click to expand... You mean, when you try to delete it in Windows you get a message that it won't let you? Have you tried first deleting all the *.tmp and ~ files in the same diretory, as well as in your Temp folder?
