Word 2000 crashes when printing to HP2420

I have several users that have office 2000 installed on windows XP
prof. When printing from word 2000 to a networked HP 2420 printer -
using either PCL6 or PS Drivers, Word randomly crashes. Any suggeston
on how to resolve this problem would be greatly appreciated.

Sila reparacion no resuelve el problema ; lo mejor sera re-instalar Office
