Word 2000 as email editor in Outlook 2003

We've recently purchased and installed SBS2003 and it
came with Outlook2003.

In order to use the Fax feature in Outlook2003 it says
that we need to have Word as the email editor. We have
Word 2000 installed on all PCs, however when I go to
Tools --> Options --> Mail Format, it doesnt give me the
option of selecting Word 2000 as the mail editor, rather
it has Word 2003 grey out and unselectable.

Please help.

The version of Word must match the version of Outlook in order for Outlook
to use Word as the Email editor.
