won't work

I just got this computer used, It has Outlook Express and Microsoft outlook,
I can open Outlook Express but not Microsoft Outlook. Every time I try I
get a message (you must provide the name of your microsoft exchange server) I
have no Idea what that is.
I use AOL for all my mail, I just want to be able to use the Calander.
Please keep in mind I am not very good with computers, it took me 90 minutes

Go to control panel, mail - show profiles/display profiles, whatever it says
for your version - delete the profiles, create a new one without Exchange.
What kind of mail account are you trying to connect to? If you're trying to
use AOL mail, see http://www.slipstick.com/addins/services/online.htm#aol
