Won't terminate, need to kill the task

Server info: My Exchange server is 2003 on Windows 2003 Server.
Workstation info: Windows XP, SP1, Office 2003, Outlook 2003.

One of the workstation, Outlook program won't terminated. I have to go
to task manager to kills the process. Then restart it. Any information how
to fix it?

Using a PDA? Uncradle it before closing Outlook. For additional solutions
