Won't start ...

I am having trouble with my computer. When it starts it says A disk error occurred. Press ... to restart. I have tried to run repair but when i get there I only get to c:\windows and nothing else happens. What can I do ?Foxboot and Fixmbr does not work.
 
When you get to C:/Windows type "SYS C:" this will make
your disk C: bootable and it shouldn't ask for a floppy
any more.
