Wont show hover buttons

This just started 2 weeks ago, but I can no longer see (will not display) hover buttons. I built a web site and I used Front page 2000 hover buttons. I cant see them on my computer using explorer. However, using any other computer the buttons are displayed. The problem is with my machine.

Can anyone help. Please email the solution

Problems with Hover button can be related to some Java problems.
