wont' save as jpegs

whenever I try to save a jpeg, like a picture posted on
ebay, my save box calls everything an "untitled bitmap"
and I have to retype the name of the jpeg and add the jpeg
extension. This is frustrating and time consuming. The
sellers file name shows in the nav bar, and 99% of ebay
sellers post jpegs, so why can I no longer have my save
box read the file type?

Go to Control panel-Internet options-Temporary internet
Click to expand...
files. Select delete temporary files and that will allow
you to save your pictures as jpegs. Internet explorer
saves everything till you get rid of it.
