Why won't XP recognise my Xclef MT500 MP3 player? I've installed everything as per instructions but still Code 10 error shows in Device Manager (complete with yellow exclamation mark next to USB Mass storage device, it should read MT500 MP3 Player). It won't let the driver install and states, "Cannot Continue the Hardware Update Wizard - The wizard could not find a better match for your hardware than the software you currently have installed. Choose what you want to do. To keep the current software, click Finish. The search again in another location, click Back."
I'm so confused, should I return it and try a different player?

Go here and scroll down to near the bottom and try the latest firmware for
your devise.
