New Dell computer and Dell printer, using new Word 2007. My printer will not
print on label paper. It tells me to flip it over; I do, and get same
message. It prints on regular paper. Anyone have this problem before?

To Word, labels are just tables with fixed cell dimensions, and nothing
special is being sent by Word to the printer just because you are trying to
print labels.

What you are probably experiencing is a problem with the ability of the
printer to properly handle the label stock. I suggest that you take it up
with Dell.

The printer won't even begin to take label paper -- it recognizes it somehow
(?). It says to turn it or flip it around. The same document prints fine on
regular paper. I got around this with another document by placing the info
on a Word document without creating the label boxes. The printer apparently
didn't recognize it, and printed multiple copies with no problems.

Contact support for the printer manufacturer.
