WOL (wake on LAN) utility

Hi,

Can anyone point us to where could we find a Window-based free WOL utility
from a "creditable" provider?

After succeed on remote desktop, we would like to incorporate WOL from a
remote location (just in case the computer is down at the time), and we did
search on the net and found some.

But we don't know which one is trustful and we don't wish to install
something to invite hackers.
