Hi; I recently received a bunch of music files that are M4A files that won't
play on my Media Player 11 (I usually get the above error code from a
Microsoft page linked to the error). I was reading around on the Microsoft
website about a Zune plug-in (I believe it's a plug-in) and a 3ivx plug-in;
I've downloaded them into a desktop folder but was leery about installing
them until I consulted the experts. Any help is greatly appreciated!! Thanks!
P.S. my OS is Windows XP Home 5.1 w/service pack 2 (if this is of any help).
