WMi problems

I am having a problem with WMI. The service appers to be working properly but
when I try to install the Advance SMS client I get and error that says the
can creat the CCM name space. I have tried removing the repository folder and
let windows rebuild it. That has worked on several of my machines. However, I
have a few machines that will not replace that folder. Any suggestion?
