WM5 and Outlook/Active Sync 4.5

cannot seem to get my WM5 phone to sync with Outlook 2003 SP2. I'm running
Small Business Server 2003 Premium SP1. My Exchange 2003 server is SP2 and
ISA 2004 is SP2. I can successfully receive/send push email via Exchange to
my phone, but when I cradle my phone to sync my contacts and calendar, Active
Sync 4.5 cannot find my phone. I'm using Windows XP Pro with SP2 and I've
tried multiple USB ports. I have setup the necessary Windows Firewall ports
and programs, but no success with the local sync.

Any thoughts?

Since synching is the responsibility of the sync software, I'd recommend
asking in microsoft.public.pocketpc.activesync
