WLNSTART32.exe

Hi, I posted a question a cuppla days ago, and was just
wondering if anyone can tell me what the go is. Whenever I
boot my PC (WINXP (H)), I get an error saying it can't
find WLNSTART32.exe.

I strongly suspect a virus or worm, but my AV software
doesn't pick it up.

The other thing that leads me to suspect a virus or
infection of some kind is that I am unable to run Task
Manager.

Any advice appreciated!
