WKWBL.DLL

When I turn on the PC, there appears a note like this:
"1121D.exe - unable to locate component
This application has failed to start
because WKWBL.DLL was not found. Re-installing the
application may fix this problem."

Help.............what does this mean and how do I correct
it?

Next time, Google Is Your Friend(tm). Lots of links appear if you put in
the search term "WKWBL.DLL". This dll is connected with MS Works. Stop
Works from starting with Windows by unchecking entries in the Startup
tab (Start>Run type "msconfig" without the quotes). If Works isn't
running properly, reinstall the program.
