WJView error (winxp)

When booting up duplicate windows opens up "WJView error", in the window reads, error: Unable to locate system class: java/lang/object. Don't know how to fix this, need some assistance. Thank

Try run,type:cmd In cmd type:jview /
See what comes up,maybe its corrupted or needs new files,microsof
java VM is at 5.0 version
