Wizards not showing up

Can't figure this out - whenever I add a button or subform, etc, to a
form - a wizard pops up to help me set it up.

Now, out of nowhere, it no longer comes up. If I add a button, for
example, the button appears on the form, but no wizard to help me set
it up.

Anyone know how to turn this feature back on?

You inadvertently un-clicked the wizard button in the tool box.
Make sure the wizard's button (the wand with the falling stars) is
down.
