wizard not coming up

Hello, I have a question. When I put a button on my form there used to be a
wizard that would come up that would ask me what I wanted to do with the
button ect. but now it doesnt? It worked and now it doesnt and I dont recall
changing anything that would of affected that. Please help!

There's an icon in the tool box that looks like a magic wand with stars
coming off it. Make sure that's depressed before adding any control.
