wizard in Access

I cannot create database tables, forms, etc with the
wizard. There is no wizard in access on my computer.
Everything else functions. I work with Office suite
2000. Can anybody help?????? Am desperate, I am studying
IT and cannot do my homework.

In the Windows Control Panel, choose Add/Remove Programs.
Double-click Microsoft Office 2000.
Choose the option for Add/Remove Components.

You can now specify the additional components you want, including the
Wizards that were not installed the first time around. Naturally you will
need your Office CD.
 
In addition to Allen said please note the wizrds will not work if you do Add
the Visual Basic components to your install. (I recently read that while
looking up something else.)
